WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY SESSION?
Please schedule at least two weeks in advance to allow time to discuss and plan your session. We will also need to schedule your hair and makeup application with our style team.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
I prefer VENMO & ZELLE, and accept PAYPAL, CREDIT CARD, and CHECK. (Usernames can be provided upon request)
DOES MY MOM NEED TO BE AT MY SESSION?
Parents are welcome to join us for the shoot. In my experience, and for the best results, I do kindly ask for a little space. I have found that often times Seniors tend to be more reserved in front of an audience, especially parents. By separating ourselves, Seniors easily relax and are most natural in front of the camera.
WHERE CAN I PRINT MY OWN PICTURES?
The best place to print is MPIX.com. Please don’t print your pictures at Target, Walgreens, Walmart or Snapfish. The quality of these places is not satisfactory.
WHAT TIME DOES MY SESSION START?
Evening sessions will start two hours before sun set and morning sessions will start at approximately 9:00am. Hair and makeup application will start two hours before session start time.
WHat is the cancellation & Refund policy?
20% of your total package purchase will be due if you cancel regardless of the lead time or circumstance.
*There is no penalty for rescheduling.
Are there size restrictions when i go to print my own digitals?
There are no size restrictions when you print your digitals. All photos are delivered retouched and edited to the highest quality & resolution suited for prints up to 24 x 30. If you need a larger format, please let us know ahead of time.
WHEN WILL MY PHOTOS BE READY?
It takes approximately three weeks to hand edit your images. Once your order is placed you can expect your prints and other products within two weeks. Digital files are emailed with an instant download link.
Do YOU POST EVERY SESSION TO YOUR IG?
While I absolutely love sharing the beautiful moments I capture, I don’t post every senior to Instagram for a few important reasons:
Client Privacy: Some clients prefer to keep their photos private, and I always want to respect their wishes. Everyone deserves to feel comfortable and secure with how their images are shared.
Curating My Portfolio: I aim to showcase a variety of styles and moments that reflect my brand’s vision. This means I select a limited number of sessions to share, focusing on diversity and uniqueness to keep my portfolio fresh and inspiring
Time Management: As much as I’d love to share everything, I’m often balancing multiple projects, and it’s important for me to focus on delivering the best service to my clients, including editing and delivering their galleries on time.
